Management of Tree Farm
A manager of a tree farm is the most important person on the farm. He is the person that makes sure that the trees are always trimmed properly and maintained. He must also set the prices of the trees and determine the wages that he is going to pay his employees. If the manager is not confident in his product, then the product will probably not be as likely to sell. The manager is in charge of paying the taxes and bills that a farm produces. The job of manager is not an easy thing to do by any means. There are everdyay pressures that go into an managing job. The person must contain strong leadership skills and be able to communicate well with other individuals. If all of theses tasks are done the farm should run with minor problems that can always be worked out by the manager.
